About the Role

As an Aged Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality clinical care and support to elderly residents across a range of residential aged care facilities throughout the Gold Coast.

Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will:

- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care
- Conduct clinical assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support residents, families and care teams to achieve positive outcomes

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 12 months recent residential aged care experience
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)

- Ability to work day, afternoon and night shifts
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
