Your opportunity
As our Relationship Manager across the Education sector, you’ll be a familiar face for Credit Union SA across South Australia’s education community. You’ll spend time where educators are, building genuine relationships with teachers, school leaders, staff and education-sector partners, understanding what matters to them and connecting them with banking solutions that can make a real difference.

You’ll combine relationship management, business development and lending expertise to grow our Education membership and build deeper relationships with existing members and partners. Whether you’re visiting a school, presenting to staff, attending an education event or helping an educator navigate their home lending journey, you’ll focus on making banking simpler, more personal and more relevant.

You’ll also support members throughout their lending journey, from understanding their needs and assessing applications through to settlement and ongoing relationship management.

In this high-impact role, you will help us continue to make a positive impact on our members and South Australian communities by:

- Building meaningful relationships across the South Australian education community, becoming a trusted and visible point of contact for teachers, school staff, leaders and sector partners.
- Getting out into the education community, regularly visiting schools and workplaces and participating in presentations, conferences, events and other opportunities to engage educators.
- Growing our Education membership by introducing more educators to Credit Union SA and showing them the benefits of banking with a South Australian,

customer-owned organisation.
- Helping educators get more from their banking, identifying opportunities across everyday banking, saving and lending based on their individual needs.
- Bringing our Educator value proposition to life, connecting educators with tailored banking products, packages and benefits that support their needs, while continually learning what they value from their banking relationship.
- Helping educators navigate home ownership and lending, supporting members from their initial conversation and assessment through to settlement and their ongoing relationship with Credit Union SA.
- Developing and delivering a targeted business development plan that builds engagement, membership, everyday banking and lending within the Education sector.
- Building solid relationships with schools and education-sector stakeholders to identify partnership and member-growth opportunities.
- Proactively maintaining relationships with existing Education members, looking for opportunities to support them through different stages of their lives and careers.
- Working closely with Lending, Credit Assessment, Member Experience, Brand & Marketing and other teams to create simple, joined-up member experiences.
- Representing Credit Union SA with authenticity, professionalism and genuine care for the Education community.
