Fusion People are looking for experienced Excavator Operators to join a leading civil contractor on projects across the Gold Coast.
This role requires skilled operators with 5–25 tonne excavator experience, confident completing trenching, detailed excavation and general civil earthworks safely and accurately.

THE ROLE

- Operating 5–25T Excavators
- Trenching for civil infrastructure and underground services
- Detailed excavation and drainage works
- Working accurately around existing services and ground crews
- Completing general civil earthworks and site preparation
- Long-term opportunity for the right operators

WHAT YOU NEED

- Proven experience operating 5–25T Excavators
- Strong trenching experience essential
- Civil construction and/or infrastructure experience




- Confident working around underground services
- Ability to work safely and accurately alongside ground crews
- Excavator ticket / VOC-RII / White Card
- Own reliable transport
- Available for an immediate start
