About the Role
- Set, operate and adjust CNC Routing Machines
- Manufacture precision components to specified drawings
- Conduct quality checks and inspections
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
- Assisting with other aspects of factory work, where required
The following attributes are required to be successful in this role:
- Qualifications/experience in CNC machining.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to adapt to changing projects and priorities
- Have plastic material type knowledge would be advantageous
- Be able to read and understand fabrication drawings along with verbal instruction.
- Be organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Have the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Have a current forklift license
