A well-established Perth accounting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to lead their client engagements and team. This is a senior, client-facing role with exposure to complex client portfolios across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of accountants, overseeing workflow and ensuring quality and compliance
Provide strategic tax and business advice including income tax planning, CGT, Div 7A loans, FBT, trust and partnership distributions, business structuring, cash flow management, and succession planning
Act as a primary client contact for high-value clients, liaising with external advisors as required
Drive process improvements and technical guidance within the team
Stay up-to-date with taxation, superannuation,



and accounting standards, ensuring the team and clients are informed

About You
CA qualified, with 2+ years’ experience at Manager level in public practice
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and reviewing staff
Strong communicator, able to deliver complex financial advice to clients
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple client portfolios and deadlines
Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
