You will support or lead the assigned section, assist with cooking and food preparation, and uphold high hygiene standards in a rapid-paced setting. Ideal candidates are Culinary School graduates with an apprenticeship in commercial cookery, adaptable to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays, and eager to contribute to a high-quality dining experience across The Star Sydney venues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
