Responsibilities:
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and regulatory issues.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, providing clear and practical guidance.
Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
Manage case files and ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
Admission to practice law in Australia.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial litigation as an associate lawyer.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
