Position: Service Now Developer - ITSM / HRSD

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Now Developer with expertise in ITSM and HRSD

implementations. The candidate should possess robust development capabilities

along with experience in designing, configuring, and customizing Service Now

solutions to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Service Now ITSM and HRSD solutions.

Customize applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies,

Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

Configure HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge

Management, and Lifecycle Events.

Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and

MID Server.

Work on Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Workflows, and Flow Designer.

Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment

activities.





Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.

Follow Service Now development standards and governance practices.

Required Skills

Robust Java Script scripting experience.

Expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules.

Experience with Integration Hub and Service Portal.

Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.

Experience in Agile delivery model.

Valuable knowledge of Service Now platform architecture.

Mandatory Certifications

Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

At Least One Additional Certification (Nice to have)

Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD (CIS-HRSD)

Preferred Certifications

ITIL Foundation v4

Certified Application Specialist (relevant Service Now modules)
