Factory Labourers – Concrete Pipe Manufacturing

Earnings: Approximately $1,817 gross per week once permanent.
About the Role We are seeking reliable Factory Labourers to assist with manufacturing concrete pipes in a busy production workplace.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working around heavy machinery in hot conditions.

Duties Include
Opening and releasing steel mould doors after casting.
Assisting with mould removal alongside forklift operators.
Cleaning moulds and applying release oil.
Preparing and securing moulds for the next production cycle.
Inspecting pipes and maintaining a protected work area.

What We're Looking For
Experience in bricklaying, concreting or precast concrete is highly regarded.




Physically fit and comfortable working in hot conditions.
Safety-conscious when working around forklifts and heavy machinery.
Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work.
Available to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm
Location: Stapylton, QLD
Permanent rate of $32.45 per hour, approximately $1,817 gross per week.
Paid annual leave, sick leave and applicable public holiday entitlements once permanent.
