About the role

Bass Phillip Wines is seeking a reliable, conscientious, and proactive Full time Vineyard & Property Worker to join the team in a year-round capacity. Tasks follow a natural seasonal rhythm. When weather restricts tractor operations, you will seamlessly transition to other productive estate work.

Key responsibilities
Seasonal viticulture and canopy care
Protected machinery and spray operations
Property and grounds maintenance
Site care and workshop standards

About you
Prior experience in viticulture, horticulture, or agricultural operations highly regarded
Competence in operating modern agricultural tractors and associated implements
Current Driver's Licence (essential)
High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and solid communication skills
Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors across all South Gippsland seasons




Valid and unrestricted Australian working rights
