We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operator / Forklift Storeperson to join our manufacturing team in Truganina.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, forklift operation, inventory control, production material preparation and dispatch.

This role requires strong attention to detail, safe forklift operation and the ability to work independently in a busy manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities
Receive, inspect and put away incoming goods and materials.
Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move and store stock.
Assist with unloading shipping containers, including palletised and loose goods.
Pick and prepare materials according to production orders. Supply materials to production areas accurately and on time.
Pick, pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory records and storage locations.
Perform stock counts and report inventory discrepancies.
Ensure secure and efficient use of warehouse racking and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse setting.




Support continuous improvement of warehouse operations.
Current and valid Australian LF Forklift Licence (mandatory).
Previous experience in warehouse or storeperson operations.
Demonstrated forklift operating experience.
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and secure manual handling.

Highly Desirable
Experience operating high-reach forklifts.
Experience working with high pallet racking systems.
Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse.
Experience with production order picking and material preparation.
Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.
Experience with shipping container unloading.
