Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Lead for the Rolling Stock & Components Product Line, you will support leaders and people managers with practical, hands-on HR support. You'll handle generalist HR activities, performance management, governance training, IR/ER matters, and reporting, in a rapid-paced industrial setting with unions.
