Join Newtons Cladding & Linings team and become a key contact for builders, installers and trade customers, helping them get the materials they need and supporting our sales team from enquiry through to delivery.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and follows things through.

The role

Working with our sales, purchasing and logistics teams, you will:
Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Prepare accurate quotes and follow up outstanding opportunities.
Process sales orders and keep customer and project information current.
Check pricing, stock availability and supplier lead times.
Coordinate delivery requirements and keep customers updated.
Support external sales representatives with quotes, orders and customer follow-up.
Identify related products customers may need to complete their order.
Resolve issues promptly and see commitments through.

What you’ll bring

You may already work in internal sales, trade counter sales,



customer service or sales coordination within building supplies or a related industry.

We’re looking for:
A confident, practical approach to helping customers.
Accuracy with product details, quantities, pricing and order entry.
Robust organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confidence using business systems, email and Excel.
The initiative to follow up quotes and keep work moving.
A willingness to learn our cladding and lining product range.

Experience with cladding, plasterboard, fibre cement or AAC/Hebel is highly regarded. We also welcome applicants from timber, hardware, roofing, plumbing, electrical wholesale and other trade supply businesses.
