About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our growing Perth team, managing a portfolio of properties and supporting the continued development of our Facilities Management division.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing building operations, facilities and service contracts
Coordinating contractors, inspections and compliance
Responding to incidents and emergency works
Monitoring building systems and energy efficiency




Ensuring works meet WHS requirements

About You
You’ll bring:
5+ years’ Facilities Management experience
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of Australian Standards, Building Codes and WHS legislation
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
A proactive and self-motivated approach
