The position requires the ability & willingness to study Cert. IV in Real Estate Practice while joining our highly experienced Property Management team where you would learn from the best in a fun, supportive and dedicated environment!
The position is full time, Monday to Friday
Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:
Open for Inspections
Routine Inspections
Ingoing/Outgoing Condition reports
Processing tenancy applications ensuring a high standard of quality tenants is achieved
Supporting and assisting the Property Management Team as required
Ensuring all properties comply with all regulatory and compliance standards
The ideal candidate would have;
Great organisation and attention to detail
High level communication skills both verbal & written
Outstanding time management skills
A passion for delivering high quality customer service
Must be a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Professional personal presentation
Must have current Driver's license and reliable vehicle
