The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the development, configuration and ongoing support of the Enterprise ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, administer and support the Enterprise ServiceNow instance, including user management, roles, groups, configurations, and platform health.
Perform day to day administration activities across ITSM, TSOM and related modules, ensuring adherence to platform standards and governance.
Maintain system performance, availability, data integrity, and compliance across production and nonproduction environments.




Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into maintainable, scalable workflows.
Assist with the adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities and platform upgrades, including testing and validation.

Key Skills
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer in an enterprise-scale environment.
Strong knowledge of core administration including tables, forms, and workflows.
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow Flow Designer.
Understanding of ServiceNow platform governance, upgrade cycles, and best practices.
Ability to work in a structured, regulated setting.
Transparent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive problem solving mindset
