Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting routine inspections and coordinating entry and exit condition reports
Managing maintenance requests and liaising with tradespeople
Overseeing lease renewals, rental arrears and tenancy enquiries




Ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation
Handling tenancy matters professionally and efficiently
Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional service

About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about property management.

You'll ideally have:
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
A current Queensland Certificate of Registration
Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service
