Exciting chance for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the close-knit team at our boutique, 30-bed St Luke's Aged Care home in Subiaco. The role includes a mix of AM and PM shifts.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for delivering relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents, all the while providing clinical supervision of Enrolled Nurses and Carers.

You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.

What you’ll bring
Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or similar)



and AHPRA registration
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in the aged care sector
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Evidence of Influenza vaccination
Full working rights in Australia.
