Private Capital Data Analyst - eFront / SQL

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Private Capital Data Analyst to join a leading global financial services organisation in Sydney.

Working within the Data Governance and Business Change Management team, you will play a key role in migrating complex Private Capital investment data from legacy systems into production platforms.

This is a hands-on chance combining investment fund knowledge, technical data analysis and migration delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse source data and develop mapping specifications for migration into eFront and other investment administration platforms.
Manage end-to-end data migration activities across Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure and Real Estate portfolios.
Perform data cleansing, validation and source-to-target reconciliations.
Support migration of capital calls, commitments, allocations, valuations and transaction histories.
Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
Collaborate with investment operations, technology and data governance stakeholders.




Support business requirements, testing, operational readiness and implementation activities.

Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in data analysis, data migration or fund accounting within financial services.
Solid understanding of Private Capital fund structures and investment data.
Experience with investment administration platforms such as eFront or Investran.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Proven experience in data mapping, migration, cleansing and reconciliation.
Understanding of investment fund transactions, capital calls, commitments and valuations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
