Your current role

Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will play a key role across a broad range of restructuring, insolvency and commercial litigation matters. You can expect exposure to:
Corporate restructuring and turnaround matters
Corporate and personal insolvency
Bankruptcy matters
Recovery and enforcement proceedings
Insolvency-related investigations and claims
Shareholder and director disputes




Contractual and commercial disputes
Cross-border and multi-party litigation

What you'll need to succeed
3+ years' post-admission experience
Experience in restructuring, insolvency, commercial litigation or dispute resolution
Robust drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience managing matters and client relationships
A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal issues
The ability to work effectively within a cooperative team environment
A genuine interest in developing your expertise within restructuring, insolvency and disputes
