You already know the people who buy rock and soil.

You’ve spent years in quarry or civil materials sales. You know the estimators, the PMs and the owners. They take your calls because you’ve never let them down.

What you might not have is a supplier behind you that makes your job easier.

About us

NXT Quarry supplies crushed rock, aggregates, sand, soil, concrete and disposal across Victoria. We supply major projects, including Inland Rail’s Victorian section, and we work with large and up and coming civil companies across the state.

We built our own platform, NXT Control. Customers see every load live: tonnes on the way, what’s landed, dockets and spend in real time. Project teams keep telling us the same thing, nobody else has it.

That’s what you’d be selling. A better supplier, not a cheaper one.

The role
Grow and manage commercial accounts across civil, plumbing, landscaping and construction
Win current customers and major project supply packages
Quote and price jobs, with the founders backing you on decisions
Work closely with operations so what you sell gets delivered properly

What you bring
Proven sales experience in quarry, civil materials or a closely related industry
An established network of trade and contractor relationships across Victoria
Solid product and spec knowledge across crushed rock, soils, sands and aggregates: classes, VicRoads specs, AS4419 soils, volumes vs tonnes
Someone who’d rather do it properly than do it cheap

What you get
$90-110k base + super, depending on experience
10% of the gross profit on every sale you make, uncapped, plus super
OTE $250k-$300k for a performing book
Company vehicle, phone and laptop
A contemporary office on Main Street, Bacchus Marsh
Direct line to the founders. No layers, no head office, fast decisions
Room to grow with a business that’s moving

We don’t take on everyone, customers or staff. If you’re positive at this and want to work somewhere that backs you, send a short note and your CV. Applications are treated confidentially.
