WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have 2+ years’ experience (up to Senior Associate level ) in corporate/commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions) with a 1st/2nd-tier national/international firm or specialist boutique firm;
have robust research/technical/drafting legal skills + a strong commercial acumen + ability to provide practical relevant advice;
proven ability to manage client relationships ;
are ambitious+ driven to be the best you can be (professionally/personally)+ hungry to learn from+ be inspired by top passionate specialists.
