Emerging IT is seeking a Level 3 Service Desk Technician to join our Technical Support team in North Sydney.
This senior, hands-on role acts as the escalation point for complex issues across our client base. You will resolve escalated tickets, mentor technicians, and deliver a premium service experience.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will work with Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, virtualization, and network settings, documenting outcomes and ensuring SLA adherence.
