End-to-end accounts payable processing High-volume invoice processing and data entry Supplier statement reconciliations Preparing and processing payment runs Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies Matching purchase orders,



invoices and receipts Maintaining supplier master data and records Assisting with month-end processes Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain invoice approvals General finance and administration support as required About You

3+ years Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role Must have experience using Muli Management Software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills A proactive, team-oriented approach What's on Offer
