Australian College of Professional Development is seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess the Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician course.

About the Role

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will:
Deliver engaging training sessions in line with the Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician qualification
Assess student competency against pre-set requirements and current industry standards
Support learners through practical and theory-based learning
Maintain accurate training and assessment records
Ensure compliance with RTO Regulations 2025 requirements




Contribute to continuous improvement of training resources and delivery

About You

You will have:
Relevant trade qualification in Electrotechnology, above certificate III level
Current industry experience in electrical installation and maintenance
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
Solid knowledge of Australian electrical standards and WHS requirements
Excellent communication, mentoring, and assessment skills
A commitment to quality training and student success

Desirable
Experience delivering vocational training in an RTO environment
Familiarity with blended and versatile learning delivery
Knowledge of solar, battery, or renewable energy systems
