Front of House Team Members - Casual & Full Time Think Asia | Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport Think Asia is part of TAG Hospitality Group, an Australian hospitality business that has been operating since 1996. We run Italian, Japanese, Vietnamese and Southeast Asian venues at Melbourne Airport, Adelaide Airport and Chadstone. Our takeaway venue at T4 serves fresh, quick Asian food to thousands of travellers on the go every day, and we're growing our front of house team.

The roles We have casual and full-time front of house positions available. Experienced applicants will be considered for a Supervisor role once they successfully complete their probationary period.

What you'll do

Greet and serve customers quickly and warmly in a high-volume airport setting

Take orders, handle the POS and process payments accurately

Pack orders accurately and quickly so travellers get to their gates on time

Keep the counter, packaging station and service areas clean and well stocked

Help receive deliveries and collect stock from the loading dock or storage areas, then put it away correctly

Work closely with the kitchen team so orders go out on time

Follow food safety, hygiene and airport security procedures

What we’re looking for





Front of house experience in quick service, takeaway or café settings (airport or high-volume experience is a plus)

Friendly, confident and calm under pressure

Reliable, punctual and a team player

Physically able to lift and move stock as part of the role

Available for early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays, since the airport runs 7 days

Full working rights in Australia

Able to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) and pass the required background checks

Food Safety certificate is an advantage

Supervisor pathway If you have previous supervisory or team leader experience, tell us. After you pass probation, we'll consider you for a Supervisor position covering shift leadership, opening and closing, cash handling, stock control and team support.
