$53–$56 per hour + superannuation We're looking for an experienced philanthropy professional to help grow Plan International Australia's philanthropic presence in Sydney/NSW. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and high-value philanthropic relationships across NSW, QLD, ACT and NT, build current networks and secure meaningful, long-term investment in girls' rights and gender equality. What we're looking for:

Proven experience securing and growing major gifts Robust relationships and knowledge of the Sydney/NSW philanthropy market Strategic thinking,



excellent relationship management skills and a passion for gender equality Flexible remote/hybrid working arrangements Salary packaging up to $15,900 plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment Prospect to shape our growing philanthropy program Privacy and safeguarding
