Assistant Venue Manager - New Entertainment Venue

HiParty Amusement | Box Hill, Melbourne

HiParty Amusement is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Venue Manager to join our team and help launch and operate our exciting new entertainment venue.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the daily operation of the venue
Managing and supervising team members
Assisting with staff rostering and shift management
Training and supporting staff
Handling customer enquiries and resolving customer complaints
Overseeing cashier and POS operations
Monitoring machine performance and arranging basic troubleshooting or repairs
Ensuring machines are regularly restocked
Managing prize redemption and stock
Allocating cleaning duties and ensuring high venue cleanliness standards
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Helping create a fun,



secure and welcoming environment for customers and staff

About You
Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail or venue management
Robust leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Confident handling customer complaints and resolving problems
Good computer and POS system skills
Highly organised and reliable
Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Full time position available. Salary negotiable based on experience.

*Mandarin language skills are an advantage, but not essential.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $101,859.55 per year
