Position Summary

An administration team member is an energetic skilled who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats; experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. An administration team member is required to be well organised, versatile and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a team of diverse people.

Administrative Skill Set

Job Responsibilities may include but not limited to :
Customer service
Do preliminary pictures, pre-staging viewings
Project file management
ensure complete and moving through process files
Quote, invoice and credit vendors
Schedule projects in calendar and running sheet
Schedule key collections and lock box distribution
Jobs cards & staff allocation
Client reports
Social media management and engagement and management of marketing activities

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
