Warehouse All Rounder

to join our Dandenong team that is growing. This role would suit either an experienced worker or a school leaver looking to start a career in warehousing operations (eg. looking to undertake a Traineeship).

Who we are Applied Polymers is an Australian owned and operated company. Our manufacturing facility is in Dandenong, Melbourne where we produce and distribute all forms of raw polyurethane elastomers and foams. We are just about to expand into a newly built, modern warehouse adjoining our existing manufacturing facility and need additional staff.

What your day will look like No two days will be the same. You will be involved in a broad range of warehouse and distribution activities, including:

Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock

Printing stock labels for our products

Organising packaging for large orders

Booking freight by phone and through online portals





Completing delivery dockets and dispatch paperwork

Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control

Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.

Accuracy, teamwork and safety are significant in every part of this role.

What we are looking for You do not need to know everything on day one as we will train you, but you do need the right attitude.

Ideally, you will be someone who:

Has, or is keen to gain, warehouse, stores, picking and packing or distribution experience.

Is reliable, punctual and ready to work

Works safely and looks out for others

Takes pride in completing tasks accurately

Can work independently without constant supervision

Communicates clearly and works well with a team

Has good basic literacy, numeracy and computer skills

Is physically capable of regular manual handling tasks

Can stay organised when the warehouse gets busy.
