About the Role

We are exclusively partnering with a highly successful, ~100-person accounting and advisory firm experiencing massive growth in their Private Clients division.

They are seeking a technically sharp, articulate Senior Accountant or Tax Manager ready to step into a high-volume portfolio with a transparent, structured pathway to a Consultant / Leadership role (equivalent to a non-equity partner managing a team).

Unlike other firms where progression requires "rainmaking" and bringing in current clients, this firm has more organic referrals than they can handle. Your sole focus is technical excellence, team mentorship, and exceptional client retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume, premium portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
Deliver end-to-end tax compliance, including financial statements,



complex personal tax returns, trusts, and private structures.
Act as the trusted, articulate point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional relationship management.
Mentor junior staff and run division workflows efficiently.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience within an Australian Mid-Tier / Tier 2 accounting firm setting (e.g., Business Services, Private Advisory, Private Clients).
Hands-on, end-to-end technical compliance skills (candidates who rely heavily on outsourced compliance teams will not be suitable).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to handle high-profile individual clients.
CA or CPA qualification (preferred or in progress).
