Role Description The Tour Guide role at M-Trek is a full time, remote position responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading guided tours in a virtual or hybrid format. Day-to-day tasks include preparing tour itineraries, researching destinations and points of interest, and delivering engaging, informative commentary tailored to different audiences. The Tour Guide responds to guest inquiries, provides clear instructions and safety guidance, and ensures a smooth, welcoming experience from pre-tour communication through post-tour follow-up. The role involves collaborating with operations and sales teams to refine tour offerings,



gather feedback, and support promotional efforts. The Tour Guide is expected to maintain professional communication across digital platforms, manage schedules and bookings, and represent M-Trek’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Guided Tours and History to design and deliver accurate, engaging tour experiences.
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and respond to questions and concerns.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to help promote tours, support bookings, and contribute to revenue growth.
Candidates should have the ability to work effectively in a remote environment, including proficiency with video conferencing and digital collaboration tools.
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Relevant experience in guiding tours, hospitality, education, or travel coordination is beneficial.
Knowledge of multiple destinations or cultural contexts, and fluency in additional languages, is a plus.
