Your new role An opportunity is available for an intermediate level Contract Administrator to join an established project team delivering commercial, industrial and health projects valued up to $30m.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will be involved across the full commercial delivery of projects, including subcontractor procurement, contract administration, variations, progress claims, cost reporting and project close-out. This role would suit a CA who can manage their own responsibilities while continuing to develop within a supportive team. This role provides an opportunity for the candidate to both office and site based.

What you will need to succeed





Around 3–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder

Experience working on commercial construction projects

Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualifications

Strong subcontractor procurement and contract administration skills

Good understanding of variations, progress claims and cost reporting

Jobpac experience would be highly regarded

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a project team

A stable employment history and a genuine interest in building a long-term career
