About the role:
Lead and manage the Employment Law practice within the firm
Provide expert legal advice and representation on complex employment law matters
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff
Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives to grow the practice

The ideal candidate:
Special Counsel/Partner level (8 + PQE).
Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
Experience in all areas of employment law, coming from a recognised team/firm.
Genuine drive to learn, develop and succeed in the Employment space with demonstrated leadership skills.
