Ricoh Imaging Europe is seeking a Technician - Level 2 for the North Ryde Office to perform field service calls that meet customer satisfaction and national service KPIs. You will discuss problems and machine faults with customers in a skilled and courteous manner.
You will participate in knowledge sharing with teammates, maintain PDP knowledge on Ricoh products, and work with field staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.
