Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Senior Social Worker at the Social Work Level 3 to lead clinical services within the Community Mental Health Core Team. Based at Croydon Health Centre, you will optimise patient care delivery and mentor staff, supporting complex mental health cases.

The role requires a Social Work degree with AASW eligibility, a NSW Driver's Licence, and demonstrated advanced mental health clinical skills.
