FP Markets, a globally regulated Australian broker, is recruiting a Full time Customer Support Specialist for our Sydney office. You will assist customers via phone, email and live chat, guiding them through our trading platforms and website to deliver a smooth client journey.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent English, has robust Microsoft Office skills and a passion for customer service. FX/CFD knowledge is a plus; willingness to work public holidays is required.
