XPT Software Australia seeks an experienced QA Lead/Test Manager to drive testing strategy across HR and payroll transformation programs. You will lead distributed teams, define governance, and coordinate SIT, UAT, E2E, and payroll testing in complex HRIS projects.

You bring 10+ years in Testing/QA, 3+ years in leadership, and deep knowledge of Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or payroll systems. Robust stakeholder management and communication are essential.
