E4 People is seeking an experienced Care Manager - Aged Care to lead the clinical team at a residential aged care home in Geelong, VIC. This hands-on leadership role focuses on governance, care planning and resident assessments, while developing staff and driving improvements in outcomes.

You will partner with the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards, mentor staff, and build robust relationships with residents and families.
