genU is seeking an Employment Pathways Mentor to support people with disability in Geelong and Werribee. You will assess employment goals, develop tailored pathways, and deliver capacity-building activities that prepare participants for meaningful work prospects.
You’ll provide mentoring and on-the-job coaching from career planning to securing ongoing employment, helping participants build confidence and independence in the workplace.
