Key responsibilities
Monitor, operate and maintain water and wastewater network operations
Support the provision of safe water and wastewater services across the Western Downs
Meet statutory requirements for performance, safety and environmental management
Ensure customer service standards are achieved to a high standard
About you
Certificate III in Plumbing & Drainage
WH&S; Construction Safety Induction White Card
Open C Class Driver's Licence
Ability to read, interpret, and implement traffic management plans and install/remove signs and devices in accordance with procedures
Other relevant competencies such as confined space, working at heights, trench shoring, MUTCH level 2, pipe welding or ability and willingness to learn
Medium Rigid Class Driver's Licence or ability to attain within 12 months
Ability to be 'fit tested' for tight fitting respirators within the first three (3) months of employment and maintain compliance with 'fit-testing' standards
