Working as part of a highly regarded litigation team, you will be exposed to all stages of complex proceedings, from claim investigation and strategy through to settlement and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Managing class actions and complex litigation matters from commencement through to resolution.
Drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions and other court documents.
Conducting legal research and assisting with litigation strategy.
Managing court processes, procedural requirements and key deadlines.
Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders.




Assisting with the investigation and assessment of potential new claims.
Reviewing and managing large volumes of evidence and documentation.

Ideal Candidate
3+ years' PAE in litigation, dispute resolution or class actions.
Strong technical legal skills and excellent drafting ability.
Sound knowledge of court processes and litigation procedure.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience managing matters with a high degree of autonomy.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
An interest in social justice and plaintiff-side litigation.
