About the Role

We are looking for a full time Care Manager to join the team at Chaffey House. Based in Merbein, Victoria, we offer a welcoming home, surrounded by vineyards, gardens and river flats. We offer 24 hour residential care, palliative care and short term respite care.

You will work closely with the General Manager and clinical team, helping guide care delivery, support staff capability and ensure residents receive care that is respectful, consistent and aligned with their individual needs.

About You
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Robust clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.
Experience leading, supporting or mentoring care teams.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
Genuine commitment to quality care and resident outcomes.
Current National Police Certificate.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
