Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking a Commis Chef for a well established hotel group in Queensland. The role is a permanent full time position located in a busy hotel kitchen, offering a energetic workplace and career development opportunities.

You will assist senior chefs, prep ingredients, follow HACCP standards, and work on a rotating roster including weekends. Experience in high-volume settings and formal culinary training are preferred.
