Demonstrate experience in partnering with business areas to deliver design, development and implementation support of contemporary learning solutions tailored to an organisation.
Demonstrate ability to manage procurement, contracts and relationships with external vendors to ensure delivery of high quality learning solutions.
Demonstrate experience in establishing and maintaining learning management systems (LMS) and processes for administering learning activities.
Demonstrate analytical skills with the ability to prepare regular reports and data analysis.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement embracing a proactive approach to seeking feedback and making data-driven improvements.
