Booka Consulting Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable Level 2 Application Support Specialist to assist with ongoing support, administration and maintenance of enterprise applications in a secure government ICT workplace. The role spans Canberra or Melbourne, with NV2 clearance required.

You will resolve incidents, administer applications, and contribute to ITIL-aligned service management, ensuring system reliability, service continuity and positive client outcomes across COTS and bespoke solutions.
