We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to become part of our dynamic and collaborative team in Bella Vista. This is a full time position where you'll manage a well-maintained portfolio and be backed by a robust in-house and offshore support team.

What the Role Involves (but not limited to):

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Manage the day-to-day operations of your portfolio

Handle arrears management and coordinate maintenance

Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals and compliance

Coordinate and conduct open homes, entry, exit, and routine inspections.

Attend NCAT hearings when required

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a Residential Property Manager preferred

Excellent personal presentation and communication skills





Solid organisational and time management abilities

Self-motivated and driven with a proactive attitude

A team player with a passion for real estate

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
