Peninsula Health is seeking a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join the Transition Care Program in Frankston, Victoria. You will contribute to high-quality assessment and management for older adults, supporting secure hospital-to-home transitions within a multidisciplinary team.

You will hold both Bachelor and Masters level qualifications in Physiotherapy, be registered with AHPRA, and bring at least two years of experience in geriatric care. Onsite parking and career development are available.
