Elster Elsternwick is looking for a Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team! We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their cooking, enjoys working in a busy café environment, and is committed to delivering quality dishes and a great customer experience.

The Role
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to café standards
Assist with menu preparation, planning and daily specials
Maintain consistency, presentation and food quality
Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Manage food preparation and kitchen operations during service
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

About You




Previous experience as a Chef in a café or similar hospitality environment
Passion for fresh food, quality ingredients and outstanding presentation
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
A positive attitude and a strong team spirit
Relevant qualifications and food safety knowledge
