Mid North Coast Local Health District in Macksville is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Hospital in the Home service. You will deliver secure, patient-centred care in people’s homes and the community as part of a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care and responding to complex needs.

You must be an AHPRA-registered nurse with robust clinical skills in home or community nursing, excellent communication, and the ability to plan care with a team.
